Ingredients: Cranberries, Instant Brown Rice, roasted Soybeans, roasted Corn, Carrots, cooked and dehydrated assorted Beans, Cherries, whole Wheat, hulled Oats, roasted Almonds and Cashews, Brazil Nuts, Pineapple, raw shelled Pistachios, Papaya, Mango, roasted Chic Peas, Blueberries, Juniper Berries, Apples, Sweet Peppers, Cabbage, Spinach, Tomatoes, shelled Walnuts and Filberts, Golden Raisins, Sweet Potatoes and White Potatoes.

Directions for gourmet Quick Cook:

1. Stir, remove from heat and cover. Let stand until cool.

2. Stir again and feed. Refrigerate left over amount for up to 3 days.

Can be cooked ahead of time and frozen to be served at a later date.
